KS Min kommune brukes av kommuner og fylkeskommuner. E-dialog brukes også av andre offentlige virksomheter. Der vi skriver ‘kommunen’ mener vi alle offentlige virksomheter som bruker tjenestene.

1. Introduction

Denne personvernerklæringen beskriver hvordan vi, som databehandler, behandler personopplysninger i forbindelse med tjenestene e-dialog og KS Min kommune. Vi KS Digital er opptatt av å ivareta ditt personvern og overholde bestemmelsene i EUs personvernforordning (GDPR).

2. Description of services

2.1 E-dialog is a service that securely submits letters via the SvarInn service, (which is part of SvarUt), to the individual data controller municipality's preferred recipient system.

2.2 KS Min kommune tilbyr innbyggere og virksomheter tilgang til offentlig informasjon. Kommunene aktiverer ulike integrasjoner, blant annet til SvarUt, for å kunne tilby innbyggeren tilgang til alle forsendelser som kommunen har sendt og annen relevant informasjon. Det er kommunen som styrer hvilke opplysninger en innbygger (eller representant av en virksomhet) har tilgang til gjennom KS Min kommune.

4. Data controller and data protection officer

Behandlingsansvarlig for personopplysningene som behandles i e-dialog og KS Min kommune er den enkelte kommune. Den enkelte kommunes personvernombud er ansvarlig for å overvåke og veilede kommunen i personvernspørsmål. 5. Personal data and the purpose for processing

5.1 For e-dialog, we process personal data that is necessary for providing the service, including name, contact details and the content of the letter sent through the service. The purpose is to ensure safe and efficient submission of letters to the individual municipality's recipient system.

5.2 For KS Min kommune behandler vi personopplysninger som navn, kontaktinformasjon og eventuelle interaksjoner med offentlig informasjon. Formålet er å tilby tilgang til offentlig informasjon og kommunisere med innbyggeren om forsendelser.

6. Recipients of personal data

Personopplysningene vi behandler i e-dialog og KS Min kommune deles kun med den enkelte behandlingsansvarlige kommune og deres prefererte mottakersystem. Vi deler ikke personopplysningene med andre parter, med mindre det er pålagt oss ved lov eller med samtykke fra den registrerte.

7. Storage and protection of personal data

We store the personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or as required by law. We have implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, deletion or disclosure.

8. Your rights

As data subject you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability and to object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the individual municipality's data protection officer.

9. Amendments to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy when necessary. Notice of any changes will be provided within sufficient time before they enter into force. We recommend that you regularly review this privacy policy to remain up-to-date on how we process personal data.

10. Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you are of the opinion that our processing of personal data is not in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
